I am hoping that this blog serves as a conduit for organizational dialogue. The aspiration is that this blog will share tribal knowledge … not just at Zayo, but across the Telecom industry.

I spend 1-2 hours every day helping people select and use the right business tools. I hope folks can use this blog to answer their questions, but also, use this blog to share your tips and tricks. Do you have a unique solution to a problem that others would find useful?
