Business Tools Blog

Photobucket is a great tool for linking images

If you’ve been reading my blog, you’ll notice a lot of images.  These wouldn’t be possible without Photobucket and SnagIt.

Yes - there are a ton of free image hosting sites.  Photobucket has a few features that make it my fave.

After you’ve uploaded your photos, they show up in your album and looks like this:

(The photo is of my kids - Billy and Chloe Mays at Disneyland in 2006.)

Photobucket

Photobucket offers a tutorial on how to use the linking codes:

Email & IM (Share URL): Send via IM or Email.

Direct Link: Layout pages and MySpace backgrounds. (I never used this one …)

HTML Code: Link to sites like Wordpress, Google Groups, MySpace or Ebay.

IMG Code: Link to Bulletin Boards and Forums.

If you have a minute - open a photobucket account, it’s free.
