Baby Names Wizard

I found this site on Freakonomics Blogroll & had to share.  The Baby Name Wizard is definitely worth a visit.

My daughter’s name is Chloe … she’s named after her GGGGGG grandmother Chloe Dillon, who’s husband, Samuel Dillon,  fought in the Virginia Militia in the Revolutionary War. 

I checked and am happy to see that after 230 years, the name is back in fashion.  In 2007 it was the 16th most popular name.

  2. You may find this map of popular baby names interesting as well. It includes the US data but also has statistics from around the world. For example, this is the popoularity of the girls’ name Chloe.
