If you ever catch me in a meeting with 20 people, start a search for my replacement. And hand me a few cyanide tablets.

Shoot, sometimes I can’t gt everyone in my company to make a decision (one guy, me!). Forget 20.

In one company I worked at, we’d routinely have a dozen or more people try to decide something together. We’d consense all day. Then most of us would just do whatever we were going to do anyway.

In another company, the meetings would be decided by whoever shouted loudest (really). Then the folks who got shouted down in the meetings would come around and holler at their reports. Real professional.
