Sleeping is the best cure, and what’s more - it’s free for all  If I happen to wake at night to visit a bathroom, I always drink a glass of pure water, with no vitamins or anything like that, just water. It prevents dehydration which is one of the worst hangover effects.</description>

		<description>B complex vitamins are reputed to help those with neurotransmitter imbalances (e.g., depression, some forms of ADD, etc.). They do not replace the normal pharmacological treatments, but enhance them.

It then stands to reason that B vitamins would help with the situation you've described.</description>
