Use Google Alerts to easily keep track of what others are saying about you, your business, your competitors, and things that interest you.
Creating a Google Alerts is as simple as defining Search terms, Type, How often and your email address or RSS feed. You can search News, Blogs, Web, Video, Google Groups or all of these.
A few quick tips on how to get the best results from your Google Alerts:
- If you want to search for a phrase, like Zayo Bandwidth, type “Zayo Bandwidth”, otherwise Google will return all articles that show Zayo and Bandwidth in the text
- If you want all articles that include the phrase “Zayo Bandwidth” but exclude the word advertisement, type “Zayo Bandwidth” -advertisement into the search terms bar
- If you want all articles that include the phrase “Zayo Bandwidth” and the word network, type “Zayo Bandwidth” network into the search terms bar
