Highlight Past Due Dates in Excel (change the color)

The following, simple use of Conditional Formatting in Excel can be used to highlight a date in red, if the date is past due.

In this example, the Due Date is 4/15/2009, and any date after 4/15/2009 is past due.  We want Excel to automatically highlight any date after 4/15/2009 in red.
