As my readers know, I am a huge fan of Salesforce.com and Google’s Chrome search engine. Unfortunately, when you click on the “View” hyperlink on Salesforce.com’s External Attachment nothing happens.
The solution is simple and it doesn’t involve giving up Google Chrome.
- Right click on “View”, then click copy link address.
- Then copy the link address into the Google Chrome address bar:
The file will then download.
