A good friend who works in Real Estate recommended List Giant as a great source for marketing lists. The online interface is intuitive and you can choose from demographics, run list counts, and download records 24 hours a day. They offer quality lists in data blocks. For example, you can buy 50,000 records for $2,475 or 750,000 records for $9,625.
My friend was looking for consumer telemarketing lists and their lists include include Address Type, Dwelling Type, Exact Age, Estimated Income, Ethnic Code, Gender, Homeowner Type, Length of Residence, Marital Status, Median Home Value, Median Income, Presence of Children, etc.
They also have Business mailing list for sale that include Business Type, Company Name, Employee Size, Annual Revenue, Key Contact, Job Titles, Address, Phone Numbers, Fax Numbers, and many more.
Right now they are running a special … $239 for any 5,000 records (Consumer or Business). I wonder if they are thinking about integrating with Salesforce.com?
