When you select multiple sheets in a Microsoft Excel workbook, these sheet-specific print settings are unavailable in the Page Setup dialog box:
- Print area
- Rows to repeat at top
- Columns to repeat at left
To copy print settings including copying the header and footer to multiple excel worksheets,
- Holding down the Shift or the CTRL key
- Select the tab of the worksheet - who’s print settings you want to copy
- Hold the Shift or CTRL key and click on the worksheet tab(s) where you want the print settings to copy
- Click File, Page Setup and OK
