Having a Quick Launch Toolbar can save you loads of time. The Quick Launch bar is a list of shortcuts to your favorite programs … if your taskbar is displayed, then your favorite programs are 1 click away. This is what the Quick Launch Toolbar looks like:
If it’s not displayed, right click the Taskbar and select Properties:
Click the box to the right of “Show Quick Launch” to display the toolbar.
To add shortcuts to the Quick Launch menu, just drag them from the Desktop and drop them in the Quick Launch Toolbar area. To delete shortcuts from the Quick Launch menu, just right click the icon and select “Delete”.
