Have you ever sent a PowerPoint presentation to a co-worker, only to have them call you and say that it doesn’t look right because they don’t have the same fonts as you? There’s a quick fix - you need to embed the fonts in the presentation. Here’s how:
1. Select File > Save As
2. Choose Tools > Save Options
3. Select Embed fonts in the file checkbox
Warning - this makes the file bigger
