Hide or Unhide the Ribbon in Excel 2007

If the ribbon is taking up too much space, just type CTRL + F1keys on the keyboard.  The ribbon will disappear. Press the CTRL + F1keys again, and the ribbon will reappear.

This works in Word and PowerPoint, too.
