I am the Chief of Staff at Zayo Group - responsible for HR, reporting, and special projects at the most exciting Telecom company in the world!

I have 14 years of Telecom experience starting at MFS Telecom in 1994.  I joined Level 3  in 1998 and worked for ICG between 2004 and 2006.  Prior, to MFS I worked at Northern Trust in their fund accounting department. 

When you work in Telecom for that many years you get to manage a lot of different departments.  I’ve been responsible for a number of groups including:

• FP&A
• Accounting
• Revenue Assurance
• Network Cost Management
• Business Operations
• Sales Operations
• Vendor Management
• IT Support
• Lease Administration
• Fixed Assets

Let’s use this blog to share tribal knowledge … not just at Zayo, but across the Telecom industry.  There are lots of tips and tricks that we can share and make everyone’s work life a bit more productive and a lot more fun.
